If you're in Kingscliff, Casuarina or Cabarita Beach, yes, and delivery and pick-up are free. Anywhere else on the Tweed Coast, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get there.

Yes, one with every bike, sanitised between hires. Helmets are the law right across Australia and everybody knows it, so we'd rather one turned up with the bike than be something you had to think about.

No bond. We take a photo of each bike when we drop it off and another when we pick it up, and that's the whole system. If something gets damaged we'll have a sensible conversation about it.

If the forecast turns before you've picked up, we'll move your dates or refund you, no argument. Once the bikes are with you the hire runs, because a wet week here is usually a few wet hours.

Send us an SMS. We'll come out and fix it or swap the bike. Punctures, brakes and anything that's just wear and tear are on us.

Yes. We carry public liability insurance for the hire business. It doesn't cover your own belongings and it isn't a substitute for your own health or travel cover.

The two we lead with are Pedal Copacabana seven-speed beach cruisers. Upright, wide sprung seat, swept-back handlebars, cream tyres and a basket on the front, built for flat coastal paths rather than hills, which is exactly what's out there.

A 29 inch Cube mountain bike, a 27 inch Merida in small adult size, a 26 inch Merida that suits 10 to 15 years, a 20 inch Silverback for about 5 to 8 years, and a small girls' bike with training wheels for about 3 to 6 years. All near new and all the same price as the cruisers. Ask for them when you book.

Yes. The two cruisers are adult size, but we've also got a 26 inch Merida for roughly 10 to 15 years, a 20 inch Silverback for roughly 5 to 8, and a small girls' bike with training wheels for roughly 3 to 6. Tell us ages and rough heights when you message and we'll bring the right ones.

After school on weekdays, and most of the day on weekends and school holidays. Tell us roughly when suits and we'll work it out. We're school kids, so nine o'clock on a Tuesday morning isn't going to happen.

PayID, or we'll send you a Square payment link if that's easier. We'll send the details once we've confirmed your dates, and we ask for it before we drop the bikes off.

Tell us how many riders and roughly what ages and we'll sort it out. If we haven't got what you need, say so anyway, because that's how we work out what to buy next.
