If you're in Kingscliff, Casuarina or Cabarita Beach, yes, and delivery and pick-up are free. Anywhere else on the Tweed Coast, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get there.

Yes, one with every bike, sanitised between hires. Helmets are the law right across Australia and everybody knows it, so we'd rather one turned up with the bike than be something you had to think about.

No bond. We take a photo of each bike when we drop it off and another when we pick it up, and that's the whole system. If something gets damaged we'll have a sensible conversation about it.

If the forecast turns before you've picked up, we'll move your dates or refund you, no argument. Once the bikes are with you the hire runs, because a wet week here is usually a few wet hours.

Send us an SMS. We'll come out and fix it or swap the bike. Punctures, brakes and anything that's just wear and tear are on us.

Yes. We carry public liability insurance for the hire business. It doesn't cover your own belongings and it isn't a substitute for your own health or travel cover.

The ones we lead with are step-through beach cruisers, a mix of makes. Geared, a comfy seat and a basket on the front, built for flat coastal paths rather than hills, which is exactly what's out there. Step-through means anyone can get on one, whatever they are wearing.

Mountain bikes in adult and youth sizes, and kids' bikes down to a little one for about 3 to 6 years old, which is half the price of the rest. The fleet changes a bit as it grows, so the bikes page is the current picture. Ask for any of them when you book.

Yes, a couple of sizes, roughly 5 to 9 years and roughly 3 to 6. Tell us ages and rough heights when you message and we'll bring the right ones, or check the bikes page first if you want to see them.

No, we don't do e-bikes. It's a liability we'd rather not carry, and this coast is flat enough that you don't need the motor to get around anyway.

After school on weekdays, and most of the day on weekends and school holidays. Tell us roughly when suits and we'll work it out. We're school kids, so nine o'clock on a Tuesday morning isn't going to happen.

Cash, PayID, or a credit card payment link if you'd rather. We'll send the details once we've confirmed your dates, and we ask for it before we drop the bikes off.

Usually, yes. Between the cruisers, the mountain bikes and the kids' bikes there's normally enough for a family. Tell us how many riders and roughly what ages and we'll sort it out. If we haven't got what you need, say so anyway, because that's how we work out what to buy next.

Depends on the period and how many you need. Tell us what you're after and we'll give you a quote.

No minimum any more. One bike for one day is $45, and it goes from there depending how long you want it.

Yes. Ask us and we'll work out a price. Two weeks isn't double one week.
